• TANTO GOSHIN JIUTSU / Knife self defense - fighting
• SHINAI KIHON JIUTSU / Practice sword techniques -  fighting
• SAI KIHON JIUTSU / Sickle techniques - fighting
• BO KIHON JIUTSU / Long-staff techniques - fighting
• SAI "KUDAKA" KATA / Sickle form of Kudaka
• BO GO RENO KATA / Long staff - five ways - form
• SAI NO BO KUMITE / Sickle & long staff prearranged form
• BO NO BO GO RENO KUMITE / Long staff opposing long staffs of five ways

FOR ADULT BLACK BELTS AND SENIOR LEVEL MUDANSHA.

KOBUDO FORMAL DRESS IS THE WEARING OF THE HAKAMA, BUT NOT A REQUIREMENT. 

Students must provide their own equipement, no 'live' weapons will be permitted, Bo must be the traditional Okinawa Bo i.e. hardwood 6 ft. x 1-1/2 in.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Classes will be every last Sunday of the month, beginning January 30, 2011. Time: 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Location: Carling Hiehgts Optimist Community Centre 656 Elizabeth St. London, Ontario. Waiver / application to be completed prior to participation. Cost: $45.00 per class / person, (20% contribution for club / dojo participation). Limited enrollment. Special invited quest participation. Exclusive instruction: Shihan Manny Hawthorne, 7th Dan, BA.- Phys. Ed. 35 years teaching experience, formal Karatedo / Kobudo training with Hanshi Masayuki Hisataka, Shinan Wayne Donivan, and Hanshi Doug Roberts.
